About the Event:

• Come and meet the wonderful horses at Aloha Riding Lessons! This interactive tour is perfect for families, with education for adults and children who want to learn more about our herd, our stables, and the world of horseback riding. All ages are welcome, and children under 2 are free.

What to Expect:

• Meet the Horses: Get up close and personal with our school horses and learn about their unique personalities and roles in our riding program.
• Photo Opportunities: Plenty of chances to capture memories with our friendly horses! (Feel free to wear costumes, holiday sweaters, etc.! Great for greeting card and social media pics!)
• Horse Care Learning: Experience a hands-on introduction to basic horse grooming. You’ll have the chance to brush one of our horses and see how we care for our herd.
• Interactive Info: Get educated on different riding disciplines and ask questions about how to start your own riding journey.
• Educational Tour: Our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the stables, providing insights on horse care, riding techniques, and how we teach our students.
• Scratch & Snuggle: Some of our horses will be available for gentle scratches, rubs, and affection.

Important Notes:

• Health & Safety: If you’re feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please stay home for the safety of others, including our staff and horses.
• We recommend wearing long pants, closed-toed shoes for comfort and safety.
• Treats for Horses: Small bags of treats will be available for purchase if you'd like to learn to feed a treat. (Sorry, outside food is not allowed).
• Companion Animals: For the safety of our herd, we cannot allow pets or companion animals on site.
• Lesson Program: Please note, no riding will be available during the event. We appreciate your understanding.
• Proceeds: All funds raised from this event will go directly to supporting 501(c)(3) non-profit, Aloha Healing Horsemanship, helping us continue to offer therapeutic riding programs and horsemanship education.
